We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Walk-ins are based on availability.
Although we are as honest and careful as they come, K. Wallace Signature Detail is not responsible for damaged vehicles due to services provided. K. Wallace Signature Detail is not responsible for lost or missing items.
Cancellation / Credit Card Hold policy
- K. Wallace Signature Detail reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to and including the cost of the service for “no-shows”. Cancellation must be provided via phone, text or email.
- All appointments for services of $300 or more must be held with a down payment of 25%. This down payment will be put toward the final bill once services are completed.
- Cancellations greater than 48hrs from originally scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations or no shows within 48hrs of originally scheduled appointment time will incur a 25% fee
- Any cancellation after a change requested by the client will incur a 25% charge regardless of time before the new appointment.
- Credit card holds will be held using secure software, the deposit amount will be annotated under the clients profile.
- Clients are free to postpone their appointments with no penalty
Money Back Guarantee
Money back guarantee based on reasonable claims made up to 2 days after service completed. Claims are subject to managers approval.

We can bring your car to us for you! An additional travel charge may be incurred.
For Pick-up/Drop-off service additional charge depends on location. Ask manager for pricing.
Client may be responsible for tolls incurred on routing between base (125 Westchester Ave, White Plains, NY, 10601) and the client location.

All prices are subject to change due to Condition of Vehicle . Once our specialist properly inspects the vehicle, an actual cost will be given based on the vehicle’s size and condition. If additional charges apply, the client will be notified via email, phone or in person prior to the commencement of work and before payments are processed.
Prices do not include taxes. Taxes are applied to every service regardless of payment, with no exceptions.
